  • Files, images and documents attached to a form
  • Messages sent through the contact form
  • Technical records required for site security: IP address, request and access logs, date and time, browser and device type

Only the information needed to answer your request is required; there is no need to share sensitive details that the form does not ask for.

Why we process it

We process the data we collect for the following purposes:

  • Answering your inquiries, preparing quotations and running the communication
  • Entering into and performing a contract
  • Complying with legal obligations
  • Securing the site, preventing abuse and maintaining service quality

Legal bases

Processing is based on what is necessary to answer a request or enter into a contract, on a legal obligation, on our legitimate interests, or on your consent. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

Sharing

Data is shared with hosting, e-mail delivery and similar technical service providers only to the extent needed to deliver the service. We may share data with competent authorities where required by law. We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing without your consent.

International transfers

Retention

Data is kept for as long as needed for the purposes it was collected for and for the legal obligations we are subject to. After that period, data is deleted, anonymised or archived. Specific periods depend on the type of data, the nature of the request and applicable law.

You may request information about your personal data, its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, object to processing, and in certain cases have your data transferred. Requests can be sent to info@vinavio.com and are assessed subject to identity verification and applicable rules.

Cookies

The types of cookies used on the site, their purposes and how to change your preferences are described in the Cookie Policy.

Security

We apply access controls, encryption, logging and similar technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access to your data. However, transmission and storage over the internet can never be completely secure, so please take reasonable care when sending sensitive information.
